Reagan Middle School Welcomes New Principal
Reagan Middle School welcomes new principal, Alfie Turner. Mrs. Turner, current principal of Potomac Middle School, will begin at Reagan effective July 1, 2015.

Free Health Screening & Fair at Stonewall HS on July 18

A Health Screening and Health Fair will be held on Saturday, July 18 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Stonewall Jackson High School. The Health Screening & Health Fair will include free school-entry physicals for uninsured children (K-5), vision and hearing screenings, concussion training for middle and high school parents and their student athlete (provided by Novant Health), and enrollment assistance for Medicaid & FAMIS programs. New Student Registration
New student registration for the 2015-16 school year begins Monday, May 4, 2015 and runs until June 25, 2015. Registration resumes on August 3, 2015. Registration appointment hours are 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.  An appointment is necessary, please contact Mrs. Kristine Bucci to set up an appointment at 571.402.3500 or buccika@pwcs.edu.


 
2015-16 New Student Orientation
All students and parents who are new to Ronald Wilson Reagan Middle School are invited to attend
one (1) of our new student orientation programs:
Date Time Group
August 27 3:30 - 5 p.m.  Sixth Grade (Last names A-M)
August 27 5:30 - 7 p.m. Sixth Grade (Last names N-Z)
August 27 1 - 2:30 p.m. Seventh Grade
August 27 10 - 11:30 a.m. Eighth Grade

Orientation sessions will provide important information about school programs and
will feature presentations by key staff members. Parents and students will have the
opportunity to tour the school building. Parents will also have an opportunity to purchase
physical education attire for $15.00. Cafeteria staff will also be present to accept payments
for student cafeteria accounts. Officers from the Ronald Reagan Middle School
Parent-Teacher-Student Organization (PTSO) will be available to discuss volunteer
opportunities and accept membership applications.
Each orientation session will begin promptly 
in the student's assigned homeroom class.

 
Battlefield Academic Summer Camp Registration
Have fun while expanding your knowledge at a Battlefield Summer Academic Camp. Battlefield’s ILITE Robotics, along with the Battlefield IT, will host a wide range of camps. Concussion Training
Parents of children who will be trying out for a sport or joining an athletic club in a Prince William County middle school for the first time must attend a face-to-face concussion training session with their student(s).  The following sessions have been scheduled for Reagan Middle School students:
  • August 26 at 6:00pm
  • September 1 at 6:00pm
  • November at 4:00pm
All face-to-face concussion training sessions will be held in the cafeteria.

Online Training

Parents of students who have previously participated in a Prince William County middle school face-to-face concussion training session are eligible to complete this year's training requirement online with their student(s). This web-based training will available in July. Please contact Mr. Bukva by phone (571-402-3500)  or email(BukvaJS@pwcs.edu) for more information.
